However, trust me when I tell you that all of those good feelings can be replaced with a tremendous source of relief when some home owners move on. They give up their status as home owners, and they leave homes that they can no longer afford, or care,  to own. Is your home holding you down? In this economy, with uncertain employment and lower home values, it may not make the same sense to hang on to your home that it did a few years ago.
